Who we are

Lionel Toumpsin

Founder and CEO

After graduating with a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Liège in 2004, Lionel Toumpsin accumulated a breadth of varied construction industry experience:

with a manufacturer of construction materials on the commercial and product development side at Saint-Gobain Isover S.A.;
working in the design office in energy consulting at ACTIF S.à R.L.;
on construction sites (facades) for prestigious buildings in the Middle East with a major player in the Belgian construction industry (BESIX S.A.) and with a Belgian carpenter specialising in timber frame buildings;
project management;
third party building inspection and fire safety for an approved body (SECO Luxembourg S.A.);
innovation through the creation of a wooden modular construction system (« Easy-Modul ») and BIM since 2016.

In addition, since 2018 he has been one of the official trainers on the BIM method for the CRTIB.

With such broad and comprehensive experience, the creation of his company focused on this innovative working method was the logical next step.
